During all these years, the DORI philosophy is always been that of realize only an high quality builded product that could be both a personal money investment that can be enlarged, modified, moved, and easily sold in every moment, in order to buy a new model with differents and improved features but with the same high quality. Provided with an high quality grade of comfort and finishing, DORI boots allow us to practice and work everywhere, transforming the usual problem of rehearsing with other people in a moment full of relax in a very comfortable environment. All of the booth in the DORI production are unit you can compose with endless combinations, and every panel is severally tested in our laboratories in order to test the acoustic respond and the grade of isolation.

Technical Features

Panels are covered internally with Class 1 fire-proofed materials, and, while the outside is covered with high quality moquette (with a large choice of colors you can choose from), the internal is made with polyurethane in pyramidal shape (made in our laboratories) in sky-blue finish (black, yellow and ochre are available too), really bright and able to guarantee a perfect acoustic response. It is possible to personalize either the boot dimensions that the acoustic isolation grade in order to use it in different environments like a basement or an apartament. If we consider a big recording studio that needs various walls with different heights and "anti-noise" glass and windows, we can place it everywhere, with perfect respondence, whatever the measures we have. Considering the location of the installation, the entire booth rest on rubber plates made with a density grade of 250 kg/m³ (always made in our internal laboratories), in order to elevate and separate the booth from the floor, and, most important thing, to damp the vibrations. If we want to place the booth in a basement, we'll have a different platform made by the same kind of rubber, but with several MDF sheet on it. The elecrtical plant is provided with lamps, outlets and different cable canalizations, so we are able to use external source and plants, like interphones, light signals and others. All is controlled by a common switch. The whole plant is removable and made respecting the actual law in force. The air conditioned plant is provided with a single engine, and has a predisposition for a possible use of an another internal air-conditioner, that can be different or bigger. The doors are sound-resistant too (without lock), and, like the others components, they gives maximum grade of  security and efficiency, locking, acoustic insulation and long lasting.  

The sound inside the booth is really the best you can hear around, and it's really a great pleasure to listen to our own instruments with a professional sound calbration, and a sound that is never annoying or tiring. DORI booths are considered like one of the best environments for professional recording of all the acoustic instruments, but not only limited at the percussive intruments. In fact, lots of top drummers made their choice to provide their DORI booth with all the equipment necessary to record their drum tracks inside the booth, because of the high-quality sound they're able to achieve inside it.
